The Kensington armchair, designed by Rodolfo Dordoni, provides enveloping lines and calibrated proportions that one can simply sink into when wanting to chill and / or hang out. The all-in-one frame, complete with generous armrests, supports an ergonomic seat that guarantees comfort.
The external and internal upholstery in textiles or leather can be combined at will. The central metal base features four spokes designed to support the slightly sloping frame for greater comfort. The outer shell is made of moulded structural polyurethane foam, entirely upholstered in leather and is matched by an inner foamed frame. The product rests on a solid ash-lacquered, open-pore Moka base and pewter coloured, pressure die-cast aluminium feet. Two versions (tall and low) and a practical footrest complete the collection.
The leather-clad outer shell can be combined with the inner frame, also clad in leather, for a refined, mono-material effect. A contrast can be obtained by matching the leather-clad shell with an inner frame covered in one of the fabrics from the exclusive Molteni&C collection.
