A couple of five years (in business, life and love), Abiah Mahlase and Bradley Muttitt live by the mantra ‘more is more’.

Abiah, AKA Abiahsuperstar, the Duke of the Razzle Dazzle, considers himself a creative who embraces art in all its forms. A graduate of the London International School of Fashion (LISOF), the flamboyant designer is also a talented sketcher.  He’s also a part-time lecturer at LISOF.

Although his partner, Bradley, originally graduated with a B.Com in Communications, he chose a career in design in order to fulfil his burning need to express his creativity. Brad also studied fashion design at LISOF, where he too is now a part-time lecturer. He has four years’ experience in the retail industry, having taken care of visual merchandising and project managing shop interiors and shop-fittings for big brands like MANGO, Ben Sherman and Pringle of Scotland. This, he says, sparked his love for interior design.

The Killarney-based couple is also the force behind the menswear brand Amen. They describe their aesthetic as part spectacle, part spectacular; limited only by their own creativity or the client brief (and, sometimes by the downward spiral of the rand; a challenge which has helped them hone their thrifty DIY skills).

Both gents are excited to throw their creative skills into the Win a Home design challenge, which they consider to be a professional playground that challenges and promotes artists of different aesthetics and backgrounds. The pair is being mentored by Amanda Graham, the Deputy Managing Editor of Habitat Magazine.

There is no doubt that Abiah and Brad will bring alternative and eclectic design elements to Win a Home Season 4 which will appeal to those who crave the unique.

Although both are creatives in their own right, they feel that they work well as a team and both will bring critical skills to the table to ensure that their projects are successful.

The couple aims to wow the audience and the judges with their daring, sometimes downright outrageous, one-of-a-kind designs. With their broad experience in fashion retail, design, lecturing, merchandising, styling and women empowerment projects, there is certainly no lack of creativity and boldness from this daring duo.
